| All return for refunds (no exceptions) are subjected to 25% restocking except special proprietary orders which have stocking fee of upto 50% restocking fee. Please note that Dell and HP Special Items are non-refundable. Please make sure you are ordering the correct part. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Customer has to pay for return shipping and he can mail back the item to return address on invoice/box. It is recommended to contact support to get Authorization number for refunds within 15 days from the date of delivery/purchase. No refunds or return for refunds after 15 days from the date of delivery/purchase.
There is FREE SHIPPING on some items. Note: Free shipping does cost us and we are not a freight company and it is not free for us. Returns made for refunds/credit/anything will be deducted for that amount. |
