All items carry 30 days warranty. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Customer is responsible for RMA Shipping. We carry Brand New Batteries. Some other parts may be refurbished items unless it is mentioned New.
We will gladly accept the return for exchange that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery/purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return for exchange 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
However all return for refunds are subjected to 25% restocking. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. No return for Refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Customer has to pay and mail the item back to us for return/exchange/any thing. Customer is responsible for RMA Shipping.
Please review carefully all our terms and total amount & item(s). After order-completion, it can not be stopped/canceled or shipping/handling Charges and 10%restocking charges will be charged, except proprietary items which are non-refundable.
